Students age 16 or older can attend a vaccine clinic next Tuesday, April 6, at Blanchard Valley Hospital. This clinic will have the Pfizer vaccine, the only vaccine approved for 16 and 17-year-olds. To make it more convenient for students to attend after school, there are appointments available from 2:00pm to 5:55pm. Students age 16 and 17 must have a parent or guardian present to receive the vaccine. To schedule a vaccine appointment, parents may call 419-424-7105 and choose Option 1 to speak with an Hancock Public Health Scheduler.
