The junior class has been busy this summer with helping with noodle making for fhe Forest Festival!





Mr. Shumaker will be having a 6th grade orientation for incoming 6th graders for the 2023-24 school year on August 16th at 9am and 1pm. He will go over several different topics such as scheduling, transitioning to 6th grade, and expectations for 6th grade. Students will receive a Chromebook, access their schedule, and be able to become familiar with the Middle School. Students and parents should only attend one session lasting about one hour. If you cannot attend, you can see Mr. Shumaker during Open House.

Great job Falcons, Track & Field results from Jesse Owens Memorial Track and Field Stadium. Boys 4X8 finished 10th, Auhdra Meyers finished 4th in the state in the 1200 and long jump setting Riverdale school records in both, and Kendel Rall finished 9th in the 300 hurdles.




NHS would like to thank everyone who came out to the color run on Saturday! It was a beautiful day and full of fun!

Mrs. Holderman and fellow 7th grade staff members with auctioneer Chad Gottfried hold the annual 7th grade science reward auction today. Students use their reward dollars to bid on their favorite donated items (merchandise, gifts cards and much more).

A big thank you to Jennifer Little of the OSU 4H Extension for presenting to the Juniors in Mr. Jackel's Government class about "Real Money Real World". This simulation will allow students to become 25-35 year old people with families and a job. They will learn how taxes work, how car payments work, how college debt works and how home mortgages work. They will do this simulation on Friday in the Auxiliary Gym.
