Our friends at McComb wanted to make the Riverdale community aware of a couple of charity drives they are undertaking. If you plan on attending the football game on Friday and would like to donate to either cause, it would be greatly appreciated.

As the temperatures fluctuate with the changing of seasons, please be sure to dress your child/ren appropriately for cooler weather. We go outside for recess when the 'feels like' temperature is above 20° as fresh air has been shown to increase energy levels and clear the mind. Warm coats, hats, gloves/mittens, socks and scarves are essential clothing elements to combating the cooler temperatures. Thank you for your help!

Every year, four sophomores are chosen to participate in the Hardin County Leaders program. These students are chosen based on their ability to lead and be positive influences on their peers and community. This year, Samuel Boucher, Cole Tucker, Annalese Woodruff, and Dylann Thacker are representing Riverdale in this program. On Wednesday, we toured Ada's school, learned how to be an effective public speaker, and networked with student leaders from other Hardin County Schools. Thank you for representing Riverdale Sam, Cole, Dylann, and Annalese!
